Service Description

Objective: The learner will understand the actions to take in order to stay safe and summon help if threatened by an aggressor The material utilises the story of an intruder who starts shooting in the school. There is careful use of pictures and questioning to guide the learning. There are 4 key messages: 1. Schools are safe places. Where we live is a safe country. 2. In the unlikely event that students have to face a threat, in school or out of school, there are simple steps to take to help keep yourself and others safe, and to help those who are hurt. 3.
